Yeah I get what you're saying I just hope I'm in the 1st batch based on fact that I reserved in July there shouldn't be any reason for valve to not include those of us who ordered in the 1st week to get there's in 1st batch as they have had over 7 to 8 months to make sure they have enough quality ready for those in the 1st week or the month of July to get there orders in 1st batch.


Originally my ordered showed me I'd get mine in Q22 so hopefully the after q22 is showing for everyone atm...

That said I seriously hope enough people were kind enough to cancel there reserve allowing me to move up into 1st batch

That said guess I'll find it in 2 more hours if I'll be able to complete my order at last..

The fact a month or 2 ago it showed I'd get mine in q2022 gives me hope I'll still be in today batch..

2 hrs away from knowing my verdict!!!

Yup, took me a bit of time to get through and order the day it launched, I'm still Q2 (but not 'after') also even w/ shipping notices going out today. Nothing unfair about it, just got a massive number of orders.

Preorders went live July 16, 2021 and 10am. I ordered mine 90 minutes later after all their site problems and stuff and I'll be surprised if I'm in the first wave or two.

Embargos are up, so some honest videos dropping.

Happy launch day! We’ve seen some questions about what it means to be in the Q1 reservation group, and when these folks will receive their emails. Here’s how it breaks down.

• All people who are in the Q1 reservation window on the Steam Deck store page will receive an order email by the end of March. (Q1 is Quarter 1, or January through March).
• The first batch of emails has already gone out this morning.
• The next batch of emails will go out on Monday, March 7th. (It turns out the logistics work out better if we don’t try to ship over a weekend.)
• We’ll continue sending emails to Q1 reservers in the order their reservations were made on a weekly basis through the end of March (March 14th, 21st, 28th)
• In April, we’ll start going through the Q2 queue in a similar fashion.

We’re working through our production schedules, and will have news soon for folks in the After-Q2 bucket.

So looks like mine is now after Q2 2022 is there a time line or month I can look forward too even though i ordered in July..

You can see your timeframe under your chosen SKU on the Steam site (or go to it in the Steam client). But yeah, I'd presume that early you'd be this first wave.
