My friend, who has a PS3, still buys Madden for the PS2 just so he can do this. He even made a international league once. He gave me the permission to submit it.

Style of Play: Pass-heavy offense with a good o-line and a average defense, with the linebackers being their strength in defense.

Team Colors: Dark green/white
Location: Milewaukee, WI
Style of Play: Balanced offense with a average o-line and a great defense with the DB's being the highlights.
Stadium: Open, Wild Stadium, artificial
Division: American North

I have a 32 team custom league myself that i ran for 5 season, very fun , heres some quick tips though:

Since madden does not allow for the customization of created teams and since the generated teams or blase, your best bet is too create all as middle of the road teams. That way you can create playrs in season mode and have enough cap room to sign them, but players that you dont want to create (like O-lineman) will be good enough to keep on the team.

I highly recomend buy ncaa 2011 and using imported draft classes, otherwise teams will be drafting guys that are 89 ovr in their first year and starting ahead of any created players.

turn things like off season assitance on. resigning players for 32 teams takes a **** ton of time.

play games that you wanna play, but for games you dont wanna play the whole thing through, start the game, then use the supersim to sim to the 4th quarter and play the last few possesions of the game. this will help you to get to know the players better and make it feel more real

after the first season, fire all the coaches and hire guys that arent already NFL head coaches.

some of those tips were just my preferences, but i hope i helped!

@Hip-hopSocialist: Me and one of my friends had a 32 team franchise a couple of years back, and we had a ton of fun with it. I was going to generate the players, then create my own and replace them.
I still don't know what I'll do about the draft classes, but since I'm using a PS2 and I don't have internet on it, I can't name the players on the NCAA 11 game. So I might just use the draft classes the game gives you.
I was just going to re-sign the players that are important to their teams (like Peyton Manning or Tom Brady), then let the CPU re-sign the rest. Same with the Draft; I'm thinking of only drafting for the first round or two, then sim the other rounds.
I might do that games idea, or at least for the preseason. The regular season I'm going to pick three games out of a hat (literally) and play those games.
Yes, I'm going to have to fire the coaches. I hate how you can't make your coaches, like in the NCAA games.
