How can you tell if someone in your league restarted a game?

How can you tell if someone in your online dynasty restarted a game?

Last year, we had a problem with this in one of our leagues...

as some guys...when losing in a game against the CPU would just pull the plug and restart the game 0 to 0

Can you tell me how you can see this info in NCAA 11?

We have a no restart rule in our dynasty, but I don't know how to enforce it and see the cheaters (if they cheat)

Under dynasty central or whatever it called where they show all the user teams in your dynasty.

Under the score results of their game it will say restarted how many times the person restarted. If it didn't say that than that person didn't restart.

If you go to dynasty central and scroll to each game it will say like before this game was started X times

Are restarts visible only to the commissioner, or can everyone see that someone restarted?
