YouTube Tutorials ... but Full-Manual and against CPU?

I realize that there are A LOT of FIFA tutorials available on YouTube ... but I am asking if anyone has some suggestions for players who play Full-Manual and career mode against the CPU.

"Skill-ing" and blasting in long shots with assisted controls ... usually against other humans playing Ultimate Team ... is inherently different from what I experience when playing career mode matches against the CPU. I would like to get some help from someone who is playing the "same game" as I am. Full-Manual / WC / Against CPU.

Anyone worth a sub?

i play career mode using manual controls n against legendary with liverpool and derby.
and i upload youtube.
but i dont know you like or not.

Actually - yeah - I gave it a look and subscribed. How did you manage the transition from FIFA15 to FIFA16? It looks like your Derby career just carries over from one version to another.

Do you play on default sliders? Or do you use any of the OS slider sets?

I play full manual on Legendary, 15 min halves. I dont have a youtube channel, but if you play on ps4, I would be happy to play some matches with you

thanks and i dont do carry over. i simulated one year and play on premier league. and make it a serial number from 15 and play by intention of continuation.and i play normal slider set except for an injury.

Idk if anyone answered you, but there's nothing you can do but get comfortable with the passes you should make, play loose, and fire away to figure out what you can and cant do in certain spots. I thought I sucked at the game, but after a week or so of figuring things out that's not the case. Also dont get sucked into attacking the same way every game. I took week off and played the same way for about 10 matches straight and started to struggle. I started to open the game up more and take more risks like I used to and everything started to work out.

This is an interesting topic. No YouTube tutorials here, but plenty of experience on manual play.

In general I am greatly enjoying manual play in Fifa 16. It seems to be "truly manual", and chance creation is pretty hard for me. Haven't tried to look for any exploits.

Currently there are two issues that bother me.

The first one is player switching in the final third. There have been tens of cases where a short layoff pass fails because of player switching. The pass I make is in the correct direction and the ball ends up in a perfect position, but player switching gives me a very different attacker, and the chance is spoiled.

Another issue is that the CPU has a button which increases its interception capabilities by 500%. In many matches, passes that would usually make it easily to the receiver start being systematically intercepted by the CPU. I actually have to modify my style of play when I notice that I am in the middle of such a match, which doesn't make much sense from a simulation point of view.

Any support for the idea that we would share manual gameplay videos in this thread?

100% YES ... I would love for this thread to feature videos of people using full-manual game play (and also some similar version of the OS Community Sliders).

My original point was, when I watch other people's career mode videos, I cannot help but feel "well ... that would not happen on full-manual". I do NOT want the answer to be "stop playing full-manual" ... I would rather the full-manual community work together to help each other get better.

I agree completely.

I am going to upload something tomorrow to get the show on the road. I have an away match coming up, so I expect an interesting (90+n)'. Not sure what I can teach, but I have always learned something from different styles - and then forgotten too much again.

There are solid manual players on this board whose twitch streams I have liked a lot. Let's hope we can get many guys (or girls) on board.

Here we go.

The quickly edited video below contains some of my more or less successful full manual buildup and offensive play from a match I just finished. In between there were plenty of attempts that failed to reach the final offensive thrust. Also, during the second half there was a relatively long period during which Brentford denied possession from my team.

The Youtube page at least contains a 720p HD version of the video.

Eagerly waiting for uploads from other players.

Only two so far because I live in the middle of nowhere and uploading a video is a bit of connection challenge for me.
These two videos are from my current CM with Newcastle United. I am playing 15min the half, legendary, full manual and using the Spin off slider set I posted. I am a recently converted full manual player (first fifa edition) but there is no way I could go back to any semi assisted setting.
When you do wrong you can only blame yourself, but when you do good it is so good!

The only part of the game where I really struggle with manual settings is shooting, particularly when I try to target the first post. Yeah and also crossing is quite hard. Any tips?

I have seen you play before, and the accuracy is simply amazing.

Offensively it looks like you don't even have to look for much space, because your passes are so well on target that you can just split them in the middle.

Defensively you don't have to jockey, because you can track the ball carrier so exactly that you can just force the ball off them. I can't replicate that.
