Yes. The only changes that would interact with the patch are if you've changed slider settings on things that the patch addresses you might want to return them to default values and readjust them from there. For example if you have Penalties maxed out you might find that to be too many penalties after the patch (I set mine one notch lower than the default after the patch and am happy with it).

Oh snap. You're right, I didn't notice that (I was more concerned with the right stick being fixed with the 'Always Up' thing. I didn't realize that the left stick aiming was still off.

Oh well. I was getting used to the alternating control scheme anyways...

I've tried to d/l 3 times now. Each time it says "Please wait" then crashes and sends me back to the Menu. Any advice how to get past this?


EDIT - Tried about 6 times, then ejected the disc. Put it back in, and it loaded up. D/L now. Hopefully for good. It's 16% done.

patched to 1.01, I'm in Vancouver with a downloaded copy from the ps store. initiated on game load. installed first time, no issues.

This is a 7+ year old thread about NHL '09. In the future please check the last post dates on threads you are posting in and make sure they are for the same version of the game as i am assuming you are posting about the patch for NHL Legacy. Feel free to create a new thread for the Legacy Patch though.
