As far as I know, none of the next gen consoles supports MP3.

I think the no DLNA is an even bigger issue on the PS4, because of that I will not be buying one anytime soon.

I really appreciate guys here in OS who upload the musics/intro/goal. But if we cannot upload any songs to NHL 15, IMO, its just a small problem. The MAIN ISSUE for my in NHL 15 is gameplay, graphic presentations and everything that EA ignored in the past 4 years.

I definitely hope this isn't the case. I don't even understand why .MP3 files wouldn't be supported.

Me either. There seems to be some speculation to whether or not Xbox One will be able to play .MP3. If it can, as funny as it sounds, I may get the Xbox One solely for that reason but to Dpyro's point, some reports seem to say that it won't either.

I always use your sound pack Cycloniac, and if this isn't an option, it's going to be extremely disappointing.

Agreed about gameplay, but adding custom sounds brings that little resemblance of realism to the game.

I mean, if your fave time has a kick *** goal horn, but you're stuck with the generic one, that'd get old fast.

Not to mention the same 10 songs for BIP playing over and over and over....

Likely most of this is due to the fact people aren't just putting their own music collection on, they are using usb sticks and such and using someone else's as well or instead. That's essentially piracy.

How? That's like lending you my CD. Computers have Rip functions for a reason.

Eliminating the ability to store music that I already have on my PC is foolishness. Instead, they want me to pay for a music streaming service.

Loaning out cds for copying is piracy. Copying music for your own use is fine, but once it leaves your house as a copy or to be copied it's piracy because the music company is losing a potential costumer.

The person who is lent the CD, then copies it is technically a pirate - yes - but he isn't profitting from it in any way.

It's like YouTube, or listening to the radio. You can go on YouTube and make a playlist with all of the music that you want and never pay a cent, but that's perfectly legal.

Anyway, if that's their idea of combatting piracy, it's a poor one which could cost them a customer, for obvious reasons. It's unnecessary to remove this feature.

Yes, but isn't it also false advertising for your slogan to be 'if it's in the game...' only for certain things to not even be close??? The lack of real coaches or no animations for getting kicked out of a face-off come to mind.

I'm pretty sure that this gets fixed quickly. There's gonna be waaay too much backlash over it for them to just let it go. *fingers crossed*
