Patch to fix corrupt judging Possible?

Any chance of revamping the scoring system via patch? I am getting rather fed up of losing decisions when i score higher in EVERY single stat in EVERY round??? What exactly is the deal here._. This happens often, It is beyond a joke please fix

Seems like Sub attempts weigh EXTREMELY heavy on judges score cards.

I've lost a few fights I dominated, but my opponent spammed out a bunch of sub attempts, and was gifted the decision somehow.

Yup I spam a lot of subs from my back all the time now, and since I've been using nothing but Nate Diaz in ranked I'm winning a lot more close decisions. The judges love subs and side control/crucifix

Only one of them does. One judge gives a slight preference to striking. One to grappling and the other is straight down the line.

I'm the only person who likes the judging. It reminds me of real life in that sometimes they make bad decision.

I don't know. I've had fights were I land double sig strikes, double regular strikes, higher striking percentages, stuff all his takedowns, while landing ~50% of my own takedowns, have a knockdown or 2...

..But he shot ~7 submissions, and a few got 2-3 gates in, and boom, somehow he wins?

The fight in which prompted me to make this thread i had highest fight stats in absolutely everything including sub attempts (My 3 to his 0)

I don't mind it once you know what they are looking for. Also like you said they do blow some decisions big time but it does make it fun but still there are some dum momements i seen on this game.

Spamming subs from the bottom should not be a legitimate defense tactic on the ground. Period.

It shouldn't even be possible.

You do know you can deny right. It's pretty easy and the more skilled player you play won't even let you get a sub with a fake. lol

It's all about who you play which then makes you see the game differently.

Can you post your round by round numbers? Total numbers arent the end all and be all of judging.

Yeah next time it happens i will take pics of each round fight stats. I would be interested in what you make of it.

You do know you can deny right. It's pretty easy and the more skilled player you play won't even let you get a sub with a fake. lol

It's all about who you play which then makes you see the game differently.

I know you can and usually do. But it definitely shouldn't be rewarded on the scorecard.

There are also subs that I never seem to be able to deny.

Octagon control plays a BIG part in judging. I've been outstruck 2-1 before and got a unanimous decision because I was constantly moving forward and had him back against the cage.


You'll know if octagon control won you the fight if after the last round Goldberg says.."such and such aggressiveness should win the decision here"..or something like that.

I really dont feel the judging is this complex (unfortunatlu , i may be wrong tho
