It looks like Moraes is going for a takedown and TJ defends it? Which is dumb because why can you defend the takedown but not the strike

hopefully, it was defend against a punch. I agreed. We need the defend option after kick catch.

We should be able to punch and kick depending on what fighter we use.

That is pretty awesome. It reminds me of when Sonnen did something similar when Silva caught his kick.

I would guess it happens if you don't do anything with the catch and you let them go.

Either way. I like the idea of being able to defend even after being caught. It should've been like that for parries too.

Like walking? It is triggered randomly as far as I know.

Yeah, it looks pretty cocky. I didn't know if it was camera angle getting weird or what. I've seen Nunes, maybe Wonderboy and some others do it.

The reason I thought maybe it was camera angle, because sometimes that really throws off the animation. Like at the beginning of the fights blue corner always looks like Nick Diaz back to Silva taunt.

I haven't seen that since the beta and I'm so pissed about it, it must be partly bugged, when I use fighters I KNOW had one in the beta (Pettis, Alvarez) they occasionally glitch out and float for a few seconds instead of moving, I reckon this is where the walk is supposed to play but doesn't for me.


Either way, I hope they're still in the game, they were really cool. I think I've got a bug with them.

Never seen that animation before it's pretty sweet! I've seen the one where you get tossed from a catched kick though, I wanna know how to do that lol
