Wow, I actually really like this for ranked. I am not really much of a gamer, I'm just a huge ufc fan so I have played every ufc game and was really good at ufc 3. I literally never played ranked because I hated playing conor, wonderboy, jon jones, gsp over and over again. I may actually play ranked now!

I do like that they're implementing live update into the rating system. Was annoying having someone clearly improve IRL and have the game never update.

I get the feeling that they are trying to tell us : this is how ranked works now. Just because you are good in the MW division with any fighter doesn't mean you will be in the top 100 on ranked.

You have to be good across most of the divisions . One division or more might not cut it.

Remember this company profiles us gamers . This is subtle programming .

Don’t get caught up in that as the game will also rate legends and celebrities amongst all divisions

I remember an interview with Brian Hayes where he said that they got rid of overalls because they would have to bump up a certain fighters stats unjustly just to get them a higher overall, he used Rousey as an example and said that they had to give her better striking so the overall would be higher.
I feel like the star system could just bring back that issue that they got rid of in 3.
Apart from that I just don’t really like the star system personally, because to me it kinda takes away the individuality of the fighters at least visually from the selection screen.

black, white, colorful, champion?
because in all the videos, leaks and images, we don't have any fighters with white shorts.

What are your thoughts on that?

Base on the new star rating... I hope they will post what a CAF rating look like... a freshly created one and a maxed one... just To figure out where they will stand compare to top 50...
