Which do you prefer? Is there really an advantage of going one region over the other?

Re: Which region to get?
That is a fair point but there were some decent ones for the US version but maybe not as good as the UK ones.Comment

Re: Which region to get?
Personally, I am leaning towards the US version this year. Lately, I have been getting the UK PC version, but with OML, I am going to take the plunge and get the US version.
PES is looking great this year. Sadly, we are all going to have to wait till Oct. 19th. But I guess it's better then the usual November.
Btw, go Broncos!!!Last edited by Strngboy; 09-17-2010, 09:38 PM.

Re: Which region to get?
UK version is released on Oct 8 (although it probably won't make it here too early due to shipping across the Atlantic).
I'll probably go with the UK version myself.Comment

Re: Which region to get?
I always get the UK version. I don't play online that much, and probably won't until they come out with a real online ML mode, not the crap they put in this year. I'd rather get it a bit earlier and have access to the best option files.
I've ordered PES from shopto.net, sendit.com and play.com all at some point. I believe my preorder this year is with sendit.com.Comment

Re: Which region to get?
For those that order the EU version, how much does standard overseas shipping run?
My current plan is to hold off on PES for a while (we'll see how that goes) and make a decision after I see how the option files shape up. I assume it will take some time for a decent file to surface anyways, so that could make the wait somewhat more tolerable. I'm looking at PES as mainly an offline game, so I'm not too concerned with any online issues have the Euro version might present.
Speaking of which, is it true NA and Euro users can't play each other? Seems odd as I've run across plenty of Brits when playing FIFA random OTP...Comment

Re: Which region to get?
Someone might have to correct me on this, but I believe that 360 option files aren't region coded, so it is possible to use a UK file on your US 360.Comment
