Yeah time is based off your midnight release. Will all be 5hrs later than USA release.

Make that 10 hours and more for others so no not based on that since I am 5 hours ahead of the US and it gets released at 10 AM in australia they get it even later.

Well I should have been playing the game tonight in 15 hours time instesd 20 hours added on to that now a day and 11 hours they screwed us badly and did it 4 days before released when we already made plans for days off

I'm in Australia on east coast daylight savings, instead of getting it at 3PM I'll get it at 8PM. My copy pre-loaded this morning. Can't say I'm as cut about 5 hours as others in this thread. There are other region-based factors that would be out of SDS's control, looks like they're releasing it to non-US regions as early as they possibly can. It's Sony itself that is to blame for even still having a model based on regions in a digital world.

Why this game?? madden NHL NBA come out at midnight for us every year. not only are they not giving us the midnight release they are pushing us back 5 hours after the US.

for us it is actually 20 hours that has been added to the clock just because of our time zone. and pulling this crap 4 days before release when we have already made plans for a day off work and completely wrong. I would not have had a problem if we knew this about a month ago and were aware. no communication at all just passive aggressive move.

Early access for MLB The Show was due to start at midnight GMT on 23/03/2018. However due to a delay, the servers will not go live until 09:00 GMT on 23/03/2018.

This means that users in ANZ will not receive access until 20:00 AEST on 23/03/2018.

This is a JOKE I don't need the servers to be online to do roster work, play franchise or play now. far out. it looks like DD certainly has hijacked everything. they are locking us out 20 hours just because the servers are down

the friggin servers were down last year for about a day and I was still able to play the damm game!! I mean come on this is a terrible excuse, just because the servers are not up doesn't mean we can't play the game for god sake.

I am a tigers fan and of cause that game is on right on 8pm when the game unlocks lol

I have calmed down now, and will just have to accept the no midnight tonight.

Tricky though with a way out and Nio no Kuni 2 coming out all the same day. it seems this always happens with gaming they come in 3s it's frustrating February usually sucks for games I wish they spread releases around more!

Another year and getting later again at least they put the release date later this year rather than a delay out the blue. But a whole 20hrs in the UK is not great. Hopefully not worst ANZ users.

Ordered digital version again...from the US store as release date is 26/3 whereas the European store has it as 27/3.

I'm only bothered about franchise so all this new stuff doesn't do anything for me sadly.

Still, looking forward to the game unlocking and then no doubt spending weeks slider tweaking.

Same thing for me... I had ordered it originally in Aust then found out it said 27th I got a refund out of that. ordered it from the US store so now I can play it at 3pm in the afternoon then waiting till midnight. I took the Wednesday off so my entire time is devoted to roster exporting and importing!

Just create a US based account, download it, log back in to your normal account and play it fine, no need to wait till tomorrow.
