The sheet includes every player who has thrown a pitch in 2025 in MLB, with pitches listed in order from most to least thrown by pitch %. It also features velocity, control, and movement ratings for each pitch. These ratings are calculated using a custom formula we developed for our Franchise Fidelity to Reality project, which incorporates Stuff+ and Location+ metrics to determine pitch quality.

Additionally, the sheet classifies each pitch type so you’ll know whether a pitcher is throwing a 4-Seam Fastball, 2-Seam Fastball, Slider, Sweeper, etc. I put together a fairly rigorous classification system. While I’m confident in the results, there may still be a few instances where a pitch is labeled a Slider when it’s actually a Sweeper (or vice versa). I did my best to research and categorize them as accurately as possible based on pitch shape.

This tool is perfect for roster creators looking to update pitch arsenals throughout the year, or for the everyday person who wants to see how their favorite team’s newest rookie grades out.

The script is set to automatically fetch new data every morning, so the sheet should stay current. I also plan to update this sheet annually and can provide historical data from 2020–2024 upon request.

I hope you find it useful!
