I play Manage Mode and have noticed the CPU doesn’t attempt any Pickoffs or Pitchouts. This is very different than previous years when it seemed there were almost too many. Any way to fix that? Any help would be appreciated.

Just take one extra step and it won’t take long 😉
This should be more a cat & mouse game with a fast runner. Good runners are taking small steps increments, not a huge step that trigger the pitcher and you’re out.
Hope they rework it next year.

Thanks for the reply, but in manage mode, you don’t control the base runners, so the leadoff is determined by the CPU.Comment

No problem.
Anyone else have any suggestions? I have the CPU pickoff slider set to 10, and I have Pitching and Hitting difficulty set to HOF (not sure that matters). Can’t see any other slider or setting that could impact either Pickoffs or Pitchouts. Any other thoughts or suggestions would really be appreciated.Comment
