    Developing A Manual Injury System.

I want to develop a better manual injury system, or method. I looked into just maxing the Injury Slider to 10, but now I'm thinking the way to go is to be more proactive and putting more thought into it by using manual injuries instead. I'd love to hear what ideas the community have.

    180-254 Day Injuries.
    The Biggies:

    1) ACL Tear
    2) MCL Tear
    3) Labrum Tear
    4) Rotator Cuff Tear
    5) Achilles Tendon Tear
    6) Knee Surgery
    7) Elbow Surgery
(I guess this is Tommy John Surgery.)
    8) Dislocated Ankle
    9) Head Fracture
    10) Bulging Disc

Inside my franchise, any of these injuries that ''occur'', will be ''announced'' once a week, on Sundays.
I will limit these injuries to one of each per season.
There is a good random ''yes/no'' generator, Google it.
On Sundays, I will generate a yes or no. If its ''no'', do nothing.
If its ''yes'', I'll use a 1-30 random number generator, to see which lucky team wins the injury.
Now I need to figure out which lucky player on that lucky team receives the injury, and for what duration 180-254 days.
Once this injury occurs, no one else will get it until a player recovers from it.

I'll triple check, but I *think* that completes the major injuries.
