    No injuries when swimming??

Hello, I have been playing MLB the show for years now. This years version is what I am having trouble with. I created a Franchise 30 team control. I added 2 preset Associations. One for the team I am controlling the other one to the rest of the League. I have injuries on for both presets. Then under mode options I have injuries to Manuel. This has worked in the past. For when I sim games. Injuries occur. Then I would just assign the player injury to the DL. However, for some reason I am not getting any injuries to occur, except for my team that I control. Please Help Someone? Do I have a broken preset? Should I try creating another? One is my name the other is listed as CPU. I tried a SIM for three weeks no injuries and sliders all the way up too. Thank You

Are your injuries set to Manual for the team you're controlling or the team that you don't want to control. Any team that you have it set to Manual for will have zero injuries naturally occur. It will only have the injuries that you manually set. So if you want any Sim Injuries you can't have it set to Manual.

Injuries are set to ON in the settings menu under both profiles. Manual is set only in Mode specific under my user profile Assignment.

But you're seeing injuries in your user controlled team and not the computer teams if I'm understand correctly? Double check your settings or make sure you don't have the profiles switched. I have a similar setup where I have my user controlled profile where I set injuries to Manual for my team so I can add real life injuries. Then I have it set to "On" for the Profile I want to control all the Computer teams. But ding it this way I will only see injuries on computer teams and never see them on my own team unless I add them manually.

Swimming is the ideal exercise for low impact and probably the reason why you don’t experience a lot of injuries. Hitting, batting and running are usually more injury prone.

Good point Gamer, its just moving along "swimmingly", and not "drowning" in childish humor. I'm sure there is a "pool" of guys here that could make all sorts of jokes that could "sink" this thread, if so they should "dive" right in.

I usually wait to eat for thirty minutes after simming, and I feel that has helped keep me injury free.

I don’t think this is funny, apparently you can have a backstroke while swimming. So there is some risk.

I figured I would dive in and give a legit answer before any spelling mistakes ere pointed out since the pool of people who regularly reply on here is pretty small. Would be nice to know if the OP figured it out before this thread goes off the deep end.

I only sim spring training. My center fielder was injured in spring training and missed the first six weeks. I play ever game in manage mode during the regular season with injuries on auto and I see plenty of injuries. I had a player injured in three consecutive innings this season.
