    Help with Off Season

I need some help. I just finished my fist season with the Reds. I won the division, but lost to the Mets in the NLDS. I head to the off-season and have several players eligible for arbitration. I offered a few arbitration, but am trying to negotiate a contract with them. Whenever I hit submit offer, I get a message that my roster is full and I need to cut someone in order to sign a free agent. These aren’t free agents, they are on my 40 man roster.

Any idea what I am doing wrong or how to fix this?

    Thank you.

How many players do you have on your roster currently?

I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

I have 24/28 on MLB. 25/26 on AAA and 26/26 on AA. So not a full roster.

        Hmmm…I honestly don’t know.

Out of curiosity what month are you in?

I am in November. So last night I did go in and cut one player. (He was a guy that was a rule 5 draft that I had to keep on my roster all last year but was awful). Once I cut him, it allowed me to offer contracts to my arbitration guys. Strange but now it works.
