Re: Official 2026 Uniform Errors and Omissions
Looks like this is the Stance sock design for the Mariners Steelheads Sunday alts. Currently, they still have the old Sunday cream Stance socks

Re: Official 2026 Uniform Errors and Omissions
Just updated the Braves section since, for the second year in a row--likely due to the official style guide saying otherwise--they have the red-brimmed caps instead of the all-navy ones for the road uniforms.
Side note: why can’t their road pants IRL have piping like the home pants? I hate that they stopped doing that after the 2024 belt loop change. The home ones are capable of having it, so why not the road ones?
Also updated the Nationals section regarding their Stance sock design. I’m not sure if they’re new this year, but it looks like they now use white-striped versions of the current in-game socks. I previously said the in-game ones should just be plain red, as most of the players I saw before only wore those, but it looks like these might be the new ones. Hard to tell, though, since not many Nats go with the high-cuffed look other than Cionel Pérez and Dylan Crews.

More reason for them to add the secondary stance socks and plain color stance socks. Each team should have at least 2 or 3 options.👍 1 -
When I go through and do my franchise equipment updates I usually remove the stance socks from anyone who uses high socks. A lot of players aren't even wearing them IRL anymore. Those things have kinda ran their course IMO. -
Really? I see most players still wearing Stance socks, but more often than not opt for the plain ones. It's really only Yankee players like Judge not wearing Stance socks

Re: Official 2026 Uniform Errors and Omissions
Speaking of the stripes on the Braves pants, I hate that they go all the way up to the waist now. They used to stop at the belt loops. And yes, I completely agree, makes no sense that its not on the road pants. IMO this looked so much better than what they do now.Just updated the Braves section since, for the second year in a row--likely due to the official style guide saying otherwise--they have the red-brimmed caps instead of the all-navy ones for the road uniforms.

I posted this on the other uniform thread as well, but does the back of the new Tigers alternates not look took off to anyone else? The numbers might be too big?Comment

Re: Official 2026 Uniform Errors and Omissions
Looking at this from at DD lens;
The Mets home black ‘98 jersey is best remembered paired with the all black cap. I know for all other modes you can just switch to the road 2000 cap. Should it be paired with that cap anyways and just be renamed alt home 2000?Comment

Re: Official 2026 Uniform Errors and Omissions
In 1998 they didn’t wear the all black cap, they wore it with the newly introduced black with blue brim. They made that change in 1999 when they wore the all black at home with those uniforms and the black with blue brim on the road with those uniforms.
In 2000 they added the road black alternate and wore the black cap for both. So SDS has it right. But to your point, for DD purposes it would be cool to have a 2000 version with the all black cap.Comment

Re: Official 2026 Uniform Errors and Omissions
What's funny to me about how some of the uniforms are labeled is the years selected to label them. For example, the Angels 1997-2001 uniforms are listed as 2001. Wouldn't it make more sense to label them as 1997? Just a little pet peeve of mine.
Also, speaking of the Angels, I can't be the only one that thinks they screwed up royally when they started changing the name around right? Especially doing it on the heels of Angels in the Outfield? You had an iconic brand thanks to that movie and loads of momentum and then you change your name and uniforms only a couple years later?

Re: Official 2026 Uniform Errors and Omissions
Orioles batting helmets at home are incorrect when wearing uniform "Alternate 1" - Black alts. Batting helmets should be the white panel at home and black helmets away. Also incorrect when wearing the new "2nd Alt Cap" at home.Comment

Re: Official 2026 Uniform Errors and Omissions
This isn't about current uniforms, but a couple things I noticed missing about throwback uniforms.
Rangers - 2014-2022 Red Jerseys
Marlins - 1996-2002 Sleeveless Jerseys with black sleeves and hats.
Reds - 1993-1998 home uniforms with the white hats.Atlanta Braves

Did this new update add the navy Braves road cap, or put the 3D logo on the Yankees helmets?Comment
