Just got my PS4 on Friday with NBA 2K14. Started up a season so I'll be tied up in that until the show drops.

My reason for starting this thread was not out of desperation, but rather to get some advice from people whose opinions I value. I am 46 years old and have been playing the Show only for many years. After purchasing a PS4 and wanting to fire it up and experience some next gen games, I thought that Operation Sports would be able to steer me n the right direction. Thanks to everyone who offered their insight.

If you have not played Tomb Raider on PS3 then I highly recommend Tomb Raider DE. Pretty cool story and overall fun game. Very "Uncharted-like" which is a good thing.

It's funny...with all the hype for the new version, I fired up MLBTS 13 a week or so ago and have been playing the heck out of it. I had forgotten what a great game it is. I can see myself playing with that a lot until the PS4 version comes out.

Curious myself if watchdogs release date will dictate on when the show will be released in May.

Hopefully SCEA puts it out on the 6th so people will be more apt to get the Show while they have the money instead of forcing them to buy both the show and WDs at the same time.

I know for me it'll likely be awhile before I get WD either way because MLBTS will be either releasing before or on the same day. All the delays have me a little worried about it

I borrowed a friend's copy of Assassin's Creed 4 and have been playing that. Have Call of Duty coming tomorrow; found it on sale for $30. That will kill some time until inFamous arrives, which will occupy my time until The Show drops.

I beat the games on the pS4 I cared about so now the system will sit there and wait for the show while I now focus on xbox one and titanfall

I'm playing Black Flag a lot. I also have Need for Speed. Black Flag is the first non sports/non racing game I've really gotten into since Metal Gear Solid back in the day.

I would go out on a limb and say that the game will be released no later than the middle of May. Until the game is released, I'll be playing inFAMOUS Second Son, and whatever PS+ games are available. Also, BF4 and Ghosts.

I have my PS3 hooked up as well and have been downloading all the Playstation PLUS games - great games I never got to, due to the fact I had so many games backed up....lol


Currently playing: Uncharted 3

Downloaded from + and waiting: Bioshock
XCom


Those games on the 3 should keep me busy until The Show's launch.
