I'm still not 100% sure I'm going to get a PS4, but I'm waiting a couple months regardless. There is nothing on the PS4 I want right away, so I'm going to decide at a later date. That being said, the first two games I'm interested in are EA Sports UFC and The Show. They are both scheduled for May, so I'll be waiting until then regardless.

I'm just curious what areas do you guys live in where a PS4 is still hard to come by? Here in SOCAL(LA) it was hard the first month now I can pretty much walk into any store and pick one up anytime.

I should have said in my area,,, I'm sure some places have a good amount but here in Washington State in alot of area's here the demand far out weigh the supply.... I got the last one for all the gamestops in this region that night and the manager told me they wouldn't get more till next month,, they get them in maybe 3 to 5 at a time twice a month... I'm only going off what I hear from them...

Yup, I'm waiting until The Show is out. If some unforeseen disaster doesn't destroy the game, that PS4 is mine come late-spring, early-summer.

Thats what I was thinking. Every time I go to Best Buy (which is... way more frequently than I want to admit), I see PS4s.

Yup, waiting for the Show to come out before getting a PS4. Will continue playing the Show on PS3 until then (it's the only game I play) and then probably trade in the PS3 for whatever I can get since I won't ever be playing it again.
Was expecting The Show to arrive in early March for PS4, so the May release threw me for a loop.
Will probably get NBA 2k, Madden and maybe FIFA down the line, but I got to tell you, there's a chance that I might only play the Show, that's how addicted I got to it when I first purchased The Show 12 in August 2012. Since then I've spent maybe one hour total on my 360 (playing Madden 12).
Come to think of it, maybe I need to get rid of the 360, too, since it's just collecting dust.

I'm waiting til May. I live in the metro Atlanta area. I see them in stock at Walmart and Target's all the time. I'm enjoying 13' trying to finish the season, but that year to year saves are going to rock.

Yes I am. Only game I'd want is inFamous and I still haev AC4 and Stick of Truth to hold me over on my 360.

Bought mine at launch. It's collecting dust right now. I've gone back to 360 for the time being.

Absolutely! I was waiting for The Show or Metal Gear or Uncharted 4 to buy a PS4.


How sad that Madden is such a poor game I never considered getting it for Madden!

Maddens not worth buying a next-gen system for but if you get a next-gen system then Madden is worth buying for sure..

Completely and 100% disagree! The next-gen Madden is, by far, the best Madden ever made. They finally got the physics aspect right and the game finally feels great. If you're a football fan you cannot pass on Madden on next-gen.

That's kind of my point. It IS the best Madden ever made, and it's STILL a POS. When I first played it i also thought it was great. It seemed like they finally had it. But then after a while its true colors showed again, and a lot of the last gen problems that plagued the game showed up again. Don't get me wrong, it has a LOT of improvements, but it's still a POS. Just to throw it out there I'm boycotting Madden for a couple years until they prove they can fix their deal.. But this forums about MLB not Madden... sorry for my digression.
