that was a simple though that I have and a simple opinion, the same as now, to me The Show is a great game, I played every year but every year has been played less because has become slate with no improvements on the player models and the same commentary for years and years, I was hoping for a big jump over the PS4 but is not happening now, in my opinion, the game looks just a little better than PS3, but like I said every other PS4 game has been like that, only NBA 2K14 make a good jump on player faces and some details, but the PS3 version of NBA 2K was NOT on the same level as The Show, FIFA suffer the same problem, they were already too amazing on PS3, is just a minor upgrade, thats my opinion, put salt or sugar if you want to, but I dont see that much of a difference.

Where are all the gnats and mosquitoes? There's always some of them. And why can't I smell them ratchet fans that don't wipe completely through the screen?

I dont wanna sound mean or a bad guy like I have been recently, but tbh, if you dont see a difference in these shots compared to the last PS4 shots we got on Feb 13th, OR even PS3 shots?? You my friend need an eye exam. (It'd be one thing to say they dont impress you, that's your opinion and your entitled to it, but your ignorant to say there's no difference).

These type of comments were made back then too. Someone will always be underwhelmed because they have unrealistic expectations. But as they gain a proper perspective, I'm sure they'll come to enjoy the new technology and all it does and will offer.

Maybe its just my expectations, but I feel like these screens look great!

I expected a slightly improved game as far as graphics (check, and then some!)
New features such as RTTS, Online Franchise, etc. (check)
Update to ball physics and hitting engine (check)
Update atmosphere, sounds, player movement (tbd, but probably check)

The game was already great as it is, being the first iteration of the game on PS4 I just wanted them to "port" everything over, give it a few bells and whistles, and I would be happy.

I think they accomplished that (and like I said) and then some.
Excited to see some vids, and excited to play in May!

Just my $0.02...

This I can agree with. I feel like the biggest transition generation to another was the ps2-ps3 change. After that, it's really difficult to make the graphics much better. They've still done so, but I don't think we should expect a HUGE difference. This is especially true early on this generation.

I still think these clearly look better than the last generation.

As much as I would like this, I doubt it. They're working like mad getting this thing out for May 6th as it is. I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you. :/

Based on a handful of hugely compressed screenshots and not one video of the game in motion.
