buy a memory card, the vita needs one, most games require one also (previously the show games required one iirc)

I've used remote play for several games but I don't know if it would be good for The Show, or any baseball game really. Any lag in the input at all will throw your timing off.

I think he got it from the post on the first page that said you had to be on the same network for remote play to work.

          Question:
If I start a season/franchise on my PS4 - with those default rosters hopefully including tanaka, abreu, etc.. what happens to those players if I transfer the file to my vita version, as they are not in that game.

Also if the OSFM rosters are being made starting with the PS3 version, will the DL of those rosters delete the already included tanaka etc on the PS4 version.

          Just curious.

Either way, I am still skeptical about the lag and quality of remote play, either locally or over the Internet. I haven't seen it for myself and I know some people play the "beggars can't be choosers" role with this kind of thing, so until I try it for myself I have to take everything worth a grain of salt. I'm genuinely hoping that it will do what we need it to do.

For baseball video games, though? That might be an issue. As LastActionHero said, one bit of lag and the entire hitting system is obsolete.

Are you Kidding with how you opened that??? Fire down buddy..And Caesar is right I did ask based on a post from the first page...

              1) I'm calm dude, I wasn't posting aggressively.

              2) I have different page settings than you. I'll be on "the first page" for nineteen more posts.

              3) I apologize, as I think I kept flying over jmaj315's post because of the post immediately after that, which Cezar24 nullified immediately before your post.

              4) Like I said, I thought your post was made out of thin air as opposed to responding to what somebody else said earlier. That was my bad. I wasn't trying to speak out of turn when I said that.

              5) It's not true, and you can do Remote Play from outside of your house. I don't know what the connection is like, though. I will have to wait until I have a PS4 myself to know for sure.

Again, I apologize. If you heard the tone in my head, it was everything but aggressive.

Even still, my bad for any malicious inferences, as nothing was ill-intended.

There is a box you need to check in settings. I think its in either vita or network settings.

Once the box is ticked you can turn it on using vita.

Remote play is fantastic with no lag on other games I've played. Even when 100 miles away at my parents house. Hopefully will work well with the show.

I always hear "no lag," but every YouTube video I see shows otherwise. Would you mind recording a video and showing this imperceptible lag? I would love to be wrong when I get my own PS4.

I have it downloaded on Vita but won't be able to play tonight.

Remote play does have very very little lag, and it's great for most games, but I even had some issues with Resogun due to the timing lag so I assume the very sensitive pitching/batting timing would be a big issue. Guess I'll find out in May though.
