Random, but I can't wait to see a screenshot of Evan Gattis. I wonder if Colby Rasmus and Salty will have their long hair? Derek Norris' would be epic.

Well there is the conspiracy that 14 has been done for months and that 15 is being finished up. Was dying when I saw your picture though. Looks so life like...lolAttached FilesLast edited by wolfpack23; 04-10-2014, 12:56 PM.Comment

Maybe they are texting.
This isn't directed at anybody in particular but the way people pick apart the screen shots for issues makes me think if they put birds and butterflies in the game somebody would want editable birds and butterflies and somebody else would point out the species of birds and butterflies was incorrect for different regions of the country.
For me the ps3 version looked great, the p4 will be mind blowing visually. My focus when I critique the game is on gameplay because I'm confident it will look great.
Sensitive much? Wasn't picking apart at all. Just stating an observation. Guess that's not allowed here.PC Specs:

Braves fans, such as myself, should concede that a dalmation, not a cow, is in the style guide... it should be acceptable.:wink:Comment

Re: New MLB 14 The Show Screenshots
If they would have ported the stadiums from the ps3 version I'm sure the ps4 would already be on the shelves and that would have been fine with me but would have greatly disappointed a lot of people. That is the biggest reason for the delay. On the podcast the brief description provided of the ps4 version was the upper deck of the stadium was blank, not yet finished. That was about a month ago so they clearly were still working on the game. No conspiracy, they simply have a lot of code to write.≡Comment

Re: New MLB 14 The Show Screenshots
The only thing I can really pick out of these shots is the catcher's gear. I wish it didn't float off the player still, but I know that is a hard problem to solve and probably something low on the priorities list. But with how polished the rest of the game looks it does stand out. In motion its likely less noticeable.
Either way the game looks pretty amazing if you consider these are frame grabs and not the game running at full framerate. The lighting does really shine in the night games. If this thing runs at a constant 60 fps it might shock some people, who are understandably still a bit jaded about the current generation regardless if they play sports games or not.Comment

I so hope someday we can use a camera with this view for Batting, Pitching and fielding. It would be great for CPU VS CPU games.Attached FilesComment
