There is some minimal trimming you have to do, all I did was lay a real cover over the printed one and lined up the spline and traced it. Now to get it to print out correctly do these steps

1. Click on the picture, it will take you to my flickr page
2. download the picture in it's original size (3005x1733) Important!
3. open it with windows photo viewer ( don't know if paint will work with this)
4. click print
5. select 81/2 x 11 paper size
6. Select full page photo on the right
7. IMPORTANT! on the bottom of the viewer there is a box that says FIT PICTURE TO FRAME- make sure the box is UNCHECKED! You'll see the photo shrink a bit
8. Print the photo and trim
