I knoww. I was shocked to hear that. This is the same store I got madden early all the time for the ps3 so they pretty much know when they might be getting the game

Yeah, it's had to of gone gold with a May 6th release. But even so, I dont think it was done earlier THIS WEEK. IDK if'd be done by now. HMMMM, I hope so tho. I'm waiting for Russell to get on here and confirm gold status.

Yea I'm not totally convinced yet that there gonna have it tomorrow but maybe next week. I've got madden and the show there two weeks early In previous years

The nice part about the PS4 version releasing later is that we should have no trouble convincing the nice old ladies at Walmart to sell us a copy. They've seen the cover since April 1st.

The spot I used to have in Brooklyn stopped selling its games early after they got caught a couple years back. Most of the time I just wait for release date.

Now, it's not so much convincing the old ladies, but the registers. They won't even ring up because of the street date.

What does it mean if it has gone gold?

When a game goes gold, it means it's done and fully polished by the devs, and ready for retail release.
