I am definitely taking a mini showcation. I have Wednesdays and Thursdays off. I preordered the game so I can start downloading it at Midnight. Ill be calling in sick for the 6th and off the next two days. Will be a nice 3 days of baseball!!

I'll need it after the O.S.F.M.(but loving that it should be ready for PS4 release! )....
All the editors worked their butts off....so I'll give them all an unpaid Showcation as well!

I'm not even a baseball fan (NFL and NCAA basketball are enough to knock years off my life), and I plan on taking some time off that week. I bought this game several years back when I had my PS3 for a brief time and had a blast with it. This franchise is so good that it makes non baseball fans want to play it. Can't wait!

Yep. The OSFM rosters will transfer over.

I am not taking off, but I have done it many of times for other games.

I'm staying home from school on the 6th most definitely but I am nit taking 4-5 days off. I'm sorry but 4-5 days for a video game is a little bizarre.

If my sister wasn't getting married this year I'd probably take a few days off as well. But she had to go and ruin my video game playing with her selfish acts, so I'm using a week of vacation for that.

That being said, I'll probably be "sick" on May 6th or 7th.

I shall, hopefully, be activating a digital download of The Show at 00:01 on May 6th, if they let us preload as they have indicated. I shall be doing my best to schedule nothing other than Baseball for that whole week.

I'll be extra nice to my wife on the 4th and 5th to ensure uninterrupted play for the week...

Classes Finnish May 2nd for me, and luckily all my finals this semester are either papers or on the last day of class. My Showcation will last the entirety of the Summer. Unfortunately this is the last summer I can ever say that. Getting Older sucks.

I'm became a teacher so I could play video games non-stop three months out of the year. So my Shocation starts once schools out.
