Even if it does not allow pre-loading, I will still get it far before I would otherwise. I will be sticking with digital. NBA 2k14 was 41.8GB and it only took me about an hour and a half to download it fully..

Thats not a official Sony announcement though, forgot which thread but a user pointed out that the @PSN_Updates twitter handle is not affiliated with Sony or the Playstation brand.

I wasn't the first to point out its unofficial, but yeah - N4G taking that tweet and running with it was exactly what I was trying to keep from happening here. Nobody's been able to download either game yet afaik, and even implying Watch Dogs would be downloadable a month before its release date is ludicrous.

TBH, I'll be surprised (pleasantly, even though it doesn't affect me since i'm going physical) if the show is preloadable at all. I actually think Watch Dogs probably WILL be the first preloadable title, although we won't see that capability until late May.

Show is just too soon after the feature was added imo. I'm not saying I agree with that or like it, I simply think that's how it's going to go.

I kinda agree with it possibly being to soon. I just cant bring myself to believe that Sony wouldnt even get their own games preloaded. And that SCEA didnt know well ahead of time.

Either ways its no big deal for me. I feel bad for people downloading with slow internet. Gonna be a long few days for them.

I agree with you but hope for the people who have pre ordered digital we are wrong as I pre ordered from game stop I need those 30,000 stubs .. I hope your right about watch dogs can not wait to play that game ..

If I can't pre load it it's not a big deal IMO. I wasn't going to play it at midnight anyway. I was planning on starting the download at midnight and just go to bed and hope it is ready to fire up in the morning when I ship my kids off to school.

I still hope we would be able to pre load it though to save me the worry of downloading it at midnight.

Preloading will only help everyone download the game faster. When everyone clicks download on midnight on the 6th I can only assume it will go fairly slow with everyone starting at the same time.

Notifications on the ps4 dash -> to downloads. Should be there , when it is ready to download.

The fact that we haven't heard anything officially from a Dev can't be a good thing IMO. U would think that if The Show were to be the first pre-downloadable game that they would be like, "Hey!" Just a thought, albeit negative, I'm sill really hoping in the other direction! But as I said before, downloading on these new consoles seems faster than the old ones and u can start playing the game shortly after it starts the download process. U can't play the entire game, but I'm assuming some Exhibition action till it's completely finished. Later
