I never use my own name, it's more fun to create a character. I always pick names that are available for audio or else it defeats the purpose

I've got a lot of names I've used over the years between all the sports games I've played that are in my mental rolodex lol. I'll flip through it and pick one when it's actually time to start my RTTS. Or maybe make up a new one.

I think it's the same for the above posters. When they say they're using their own names it's because their name is also an audio name.

My last name is Dascenzo (Duh sen zo) so I've used Deuce Enzo as my character name for awhile now in all RTTS type modes in games. I'm trying to convince the girl that Deuce Enzo Dascenzo is a great name for a child, but she seems to think it's a better dog name. Which means I have to get a dog.

My real name, the Show is the only game that doesn't censor my last name and actually lets me be me. They have audio for it too.

All other sports games censor it by changing it to something random, or telling me flat out that it has offensive characters in it and cant be used.

Always use Sean Downing for mine as its my name I'm a real life pitcher and it has some actual baseball history to it.

And I'm not talking about my brief minor league tour lol.

Silly me with my name connection to the pitcher who have up the HR to Aaron and the same birthday as Cy Young I actually thought I was meant to make some noise in baseball...

Damn knee. Lol
