Any Advice on RTTS Catching Fly Balls?

Can anybody help me with catching Fly Balls in RTTS? I'm a CF and for the life of me I stink!

The left or right part is easy, but I never know when to go forward or backward, unless the angle is such that the circle on the field shows - THEN it's easy. But if my guy is just looking up I'm helpless.

Can anybody offer advice? Thanks in advance

It's difficult because when you go back on a ball hit to you, the camera ends up swinging around and then you're player is moving in the opposite direction now. I just stick to hitting and baserunning in RTTS.

That sounds hard as hell. I tend to play more infield but I'd like to try an OF now and then..I can see myself giving up a lot of triples.

Wait, what? Is this for MLB 14? If so maybe it's different, but in MLB 13 (I did a full career as a CF) it has the arrow that shows you which direction to run. It starts off red or yellow and turns to green as you get closer to the spot. All you do is just run where it's pointing, which to me is almost too easy.

Reminds me of NBA2K, you get a steal the screen switches on you and suddenly I'm running the wrong way..

Yeah this sucks. I have ruined numerous fast breaks due to starting the break in the wrong direction, lol
