The easiest way to know is if there are the same amount of pages on PS3 and PS4 they retained the same names. I'm assuming the UI is the same and that they didn't add in names though.

Wait the first and last name lists aren't the same? I get that some first names would be weird for a last name and vice versa, but it seems like it would remove a lot of work and help if you wanted to use your middle name as an alternative.
