Rumors from the comments in the blog update from Sony is 1-4PM PST.. But we knows where they got that info from

I thought it was 1-4 EST. I think they're just changing on the fly..

The store updates at 5PST according to Sony. Its always around 3 EST though it seems.

Created an account to post here as I've been watching this thread silently since 12:10 am est (with some sleep in between).

Basically just wound up calling PSN about an hour and a half ago and the guy on the phone was aware of the issue and tried really hard to convince me to keep my order and just wait it out till 4pm PST (7pm my time). He almost got me but I just decided to go with the refund. He simply told me that it would take about 10-12 days total for the process to complete, and that it was a request.

Wound up going with the request and then going to my local GameStop. Took in KillZone and GTA V for PS3 and wound up getting MLB for 26 bucks, so at the very worst if for some reason my request is denied I'll be out 26 dollars and two games I didn't play anymore.

Anyways good luck to all who are waiting it out for the download I commend you but I simply couldn't do it any longer. After waiting till 4am EST to download the game I was pretty furious when I woke up to find out it still wasn't available.

Just curious if anyone knows.... was there a roster update this week for PS3 either yesterday or today that the PS4 will use tonight?

I didn't get the game through PS to play it early I just wanted to have it on the digital platform but this waiting period has went from unacceptable to absolutely ridiculous

I believe I've found a work around. Go to the PS Store on another device and add the show to your cart. Check out and the game should be free. The click download to PS4

See, I have a youtube channel, and its super important to get the game early and post often when a new game drops, its how you get your name out there. And of course, they **** me over in that department right there. I had a possible income from this game release estimated at around $30 a day if I had gotten it right away. Now I'll be like anyone else because people are already posting videos of it.

So this is my problem with this whole thing.. not only do I get screwed out of playing it at "12:01am EST" like advertised, but I lost out on potential viewers who will surely not see my videos now that it will be mixed in with everyone else who got it at the store/etc.

You can't.. You log in on another device as the same user and mlb just says its been purchased.

No option to add to the cart

I'm the same way, I think it just depended on the rep and time you called. I was told up to 7 days, so I'm just going to follow up if I don't get anything by next Tuesday.

There's still a ton of people trying to contact them so you may be better off waiting to do live chat right at 8:00 am EST tomorrow to follow up. I prefer the comfort of some sort of email saying your case is opened or in process, so I may follow up in the morning (or I may wait out the week, I'm undecided).
