I thought it was 1-4 EST. I think they're just changing on the fly..

I think no one knows but Sony and SD Studios when it would release..

It actually makes no sense why this delay is so long.. guys from the studio last night said they was working on this issue since 12AM EST when the game was suppose to be released. it's not like the store is down and they need to restore a backup or patch something.. it's only one game having this issue. If those guys been working since early morning hours they should have analysis the problem and fix it.

I think they just knew the game wasn't coming out till later today

I believe I've found a work around. Go to the PS Store on another device and add the show to your cart. Check out and the game should be free. The click download to PS4

I can confirm that this is working for me. I logged onto the online store on my PC, added the game to my cart, checked it out and was not charged (showed up as $0.00). It's downloading onto my PS4 while I'm at work.

So I just called again. The lady i spoke with was helpful she essentially told me that even if I went and got the physical copy my refund would be denied because the game would show up in my account as played and it would have trophies. She said it didnt matter if I never downloaded the digital version it would be denied based on the fact the game had been played on my account. She said the refund team would research our accounts and base the refunds on whether the game had been played or not. She said the only way I'd be able to get my money back would be to contact my financial institution.

Note this is just one CS Rep so take with a grain of salt. Just wanted to let everyone know.

Yeah, someone else will pay for it. You have to login to PSN and you can't purchase the game because it says already purchased. Now you could go to someone else's device and do that but it's going to their PS4, not yours.

I went with the refund as well.

Called Sony, got my case number, etc. Then went to Gamestop.

I've also decided to deactivate the auto-download settings until my refund is confirmed and the preorder is removed from my queue. I figured it would make my case much easier if I never actually downloaded the game.

Not sure if the refund will go to my Wallet or be credited back to my card, but I'm fine with either case.

Go back to home screen, and go to your Notifications ---> Downloads. It'll show the progress there.

Go back to home screen, and go to your Notifications ---> Downloads. It'll show the progress there.

Confirmed. Able to add MLB the Show 14 (PS4) to the basket and check out. Free btw since I pre-ordered it. Finally downloading now.
