I had to register to say this, I will never buy a digital copy through Playstation again. I've never done because I like to own a physical copy but I was so anxious to play this game at midnight. I get it, mistakes happen but we're going on an hour. If you're unable to produce your promise, don't make it.

And I guess mistakes happen all of the time considering this is not uncommon for the Playstation Network.

If my memory is good, you guys never, ever, ever, set a date, an hour and a minute for release. I understand we should be patient and such, but that was my first 1-day digital. I thought that it would be up at 12:01 and it's not.

No big deal, I'm an adult, I guess I can understand. But, Sony as to understand that you can fool me once, you won't fool me twice. Next time, money will go to the hard copy since when the store say it's available at opening, it is.

And Sony is making a lot less money with a $60 hardcopy than with $60 digital. They have to leave some money on the table for the distributor and the retailer on top of the cost of manufacturing the DVD and the case.

I think they really have a big incentive to make it works next time.

Someone in the L1vingston stream just said they talked to Sony support and were told the eta is 30 minutes for it to be ready

I get this is annoying, but can't the PS4 just automatically start the download when it's up?
