Then dont? Seriously I'm pissed and I'm gonna demand a refund. This is completely unacceptable. They are the ones who said it would be ready so you're damn right I'm gonna complain. I have taken tomorrow off for this game and now maybe not even get to play it till tomorrow night? Yeah that's not flying in my camp. If you don't wanna complain or anything then don't like you said it's your choice. Just don't bash the people who do complain because we feel cheated.

Awww man and you had me...right up to the point where you said you took the day off for this game. I am all for your right to complain, but that is a you issue, not a them issue. I hope you don't use that part in your argument for a refund because that wont fly in their camp, or anyone else's. I appreciate your frustration though, and other than that you are right.

Russian expansion in Ukraine, or Iran getting nukes are serious issues. This is people not getting a 60 dollar digitial download on time. Bummer? Yes. Serious issue, in the grand scheme of things no. There's nothing here to debate. Sony is obviously having techincal issue. Hopefully they resolve them soon. The sun will still come up tomorrow.

Okay. Well, last I checked we aren't on a world news forum. So in this little realm we have here, it's a serious issue.

There is something to debate. The fact that you claim it is ridiculous for me (and many others here) to want what I was promised and what we paid for. No, my life does not revolve around this game. It never has and never will, but I set time out around it and was not delivered what I was told I would be. I was perfectly happy when it was 30 minutes to 1 hour, but now I am angry.

If you did in fact digitally pre-order this and are not dissatisfied or want something from this, then I have nothing else to say to you. If you already have your copy and are just hanging out in here like the other fellow, well..

Or if you're like me, and just don't want to have to store a bunch of physical media around your house. I love digital distribution and have been sticking to it for some time.

I see why people want the physical disc though, it's tangible, it's in their hands, and they don't have to wait around for a 40+ GB download. Not everyone has ultra fast connections to the internet.

Hopefully this is a lesson learned for Sony and MS for that matter. As these consoles get more advanced, these downloads are going to do nothing but get bigger.

Actually it's a Sony issue, when you advertise Day1 Digital available at 12:01 EST, you best believe it's their issue when the product isn't available, and it isn't like this is the first time Sony has screwed a Day1 release, GTA V comes to mind instantly.

It's completely their fault if they continually don't take precautions to make sure their network infrastructure works.

Was this on PS3 or PS4? Can't even tell you how many times I had to replace the CD drive in my PS3 due to those issues. So far the PS4 seems much better, though.

I ordered digitally, and am disappointed. But the second I start getting angry as you put it, or that upset over this hobby, I'll quit, because that's when the hobby stops being fun. I wasn't going to sit around and watch 50GB's download anyway so I simply decided to go on with my evening. Although this thread did provide entertainment.

In the grand scheme, this isn't that serious of a deal, like I said, there are much bigger things out there to be outraged by.

I agree.

It's just frustrating because you plan on this and now your day that you took off may be a complete waste and that just pisses me off even more. I agree that it isn't a valid argument though. Them not following through with THEIR commitment, that is.
