He is big bone.

he is a chunky. At least he looks chunky to me.

He lost weight prior to last season. You can clearly see the difference between that pic from the Astros game yesterday and the game. Not to mention like I said, the face and hair is kind of odd looking as well.

Heads have always looked off on this game with the bigger type bodies. Never liked that about the player models. Been that way on the PS2 too.

He looks a little better at night, that seems to be the case with everybody though. Game defiantly seems to look better at night, at least after playing two games so far in Comerica, one at night and one during the day.

Still pretty weird to see guys like Andy Dirks with a more accurate player model.

I threw a quick comparison just to show why this happens.

Miggy and Byrd were given the "fat" body type. If you go into the editor and change a created player to the same height and weight you get their bodies.

The thing is, normal is too thin, but buff isn't perfect either. I'd prefer buff over fat though honestly. They need some more body types, its why this is brought up every year. "Why does blank look so fat?" One more body type between fat and buff couldn't hurt.

player models are becoming a weak point of the show on ps4. hope this will be on top of the priority list for 2015.

Cabrera is fat and chunky he looks perfect in the game!

He's a chunky guy but not as bad as he looks in this game. I with the majority, character models are the biggest weakness in this game I'm sure it'll get addressed next year. Baby steps lol

I doubt the majority of people think player models are a weak point in this game. For the most part, they represent the players they're modeled after very well.

Majority of people in this thread. Pretty sure a lot of the reviews put out have mentioned the character models needing some improvement.
