digital download stopped

So I got the delayed download going and it finished a 150mb file and the 5gb file, and then it stopped with an error that says "can't download". When I click on it it tells me that "the connection to the server has been lost". I've checked all my connections and stuff and everything seems to be fine, i can access the PS Store so I think I'm connected, only thing not working is this.

Anybody else having a problem? Can't wait to play this, it looks like they made an awesome game.

I am also having this problem. I get half way through the download and then it stops.

Had the same issue!

I read a suggestion online to delete and download again. Stupid me thought it would resume the download. I have another hour long wait for it to download again. It was soo close to completing the first time!

Yep add me to the list. What a cluster this has been since 1201am. Shame on Sony!

I also thought it would resume, so I wasted half an hour waiting before restarting.

Bad news is it happened again. I'm on a wired connection with 50mbps speed so it's taken about 15-20 minutes to d/l before I have to delete both times.

3rd time's a charm?

Same here. Was 80% done. This is a nightmare. Does Sony test anything?

After the 5gb DL is finished, does it say "Installed" underneath it? Is The Show selectable to play on your Home Screen? I was able to go into the game and mess around with the settings and stuff, with a green " Install Progress" bar showing in the upper left hand corner.

This is an issue with a lot of downloads for quite a bit of people since the 1.7 update.

I wasn't watching very closely but I don't think so. I think if it was installed then I'd be able to use it. The first time it said 2 minutes left, I went back to the book I was reading, and then when I looked up again it had the error.

Mine showed installed once done and the update file was instant almost. I have 25MB connection, took 50 mins for the full download of the 5.9 gig file, it's loaded now just waiting for the install to be done for all the teams and stadiums. It shows the percent complete for each team which is cool.. Attached picture

My download stopped too. I noticed that the file size on the larger download was significantly smaller than reported. I deleted that download and restarted and now the proper file size has appeared.

update: 3rd time worked, watching my teams d/l now. Seems like an isolated incident that I managed to run into twice. Thanks for anybody who stopped in with advice and knowledge.
