Pure Analog this year

The timing mechanism I used for my stride last year is causing me to be late every time this year. I used to start my stride right at or slightly before the pitcher makes his initial motion towards the plate, after he finishes his "windup" or whatever. Used to work beautifully and felt natural, now every time it's saying I'm late, or if I'm lucky, "Just Late."

Am I the only one struggling super hard with this right now? Analog is all I used last year, but I can't hit worth a crap right now.
