Rectangle Button - Stop warmups & hot zones

New today like so many on ps4. I like to warm up my pitchers, but sometimes not always to the pitch max. The button to stop it, or so it says is rectangular shaped like the ps3 select button. Well obviously there no rectangle select button. So can someone please tell me how stop warmups, and I also used to use this to see the next batters hot zones so I could choose how to pitch to them. Any help would be appreciated!

Is it the options button? That's the only rectangular button I can think of

From what others have said, I believe you use the touchpad.

For future reference, smaller questions like this can probably go in the Q&A thread stickied at the top of the board.

          This.

Please use the q&a thread in the future for questions like this as this question was just answered in that thread a few minutes ago.
