Suggestions for Franchise?

Any suggestions on a team to start a franchise with? I would like a team with some decent talent in place but not overpowered and a decent farm system to build into contenders. Any suggestions? Thanks

The Rays are fun to use. You can trade David Price for some really good, major league ready talent too.
