Is there anywhere that breaks down what each separate category of the scouts ratings means?
I've searched and have not been able to find anything on it. I have my assumption of what the interpretation of each category is but I'd like to know if I have it all wrong.
My thoughts are...
Pitcher/Position Player: How well they can scout the specified position.
Discovery: Their ability to discover a gem.
Efficiency: The time it takes them to complete their task. The higher the efficiency the shorter amount of time.
If anyone else has any input, or feels I'm off base with any of them, I'd love to hear some other thoughts.
