Excessive line drive outs?

Hi guys, I have been playing the show since 08, I am a decent hitter, but one thing i see this year, or maybe it's just me. Seems there is an excessive amount of line drive outs when I hit the ball perfect. i knw in real baseball, many times you hit it well it's still an out, I understand that, I have watched and played baseball for 20 + years. But, it seems excessive in this years version on PS4, Does anyone else see this or is it just me?

I have had 2-3 straight games where everything I hit most of the time is on a rope but it's always at someone leading to a game where I get 1-2 runs but hit everything right on, seems the game is trying to keep things close or am I imagining things?

2-3 games is way too small a sample size. Play more and see if you start seeing some drop for hits.

It's every game sadly now 8 games in.

Are you using any slider sets? TNKs but on hall of fame hitting and pitching is pretty good i think.
