Re: manually injure a-rod
There's an easier way to remove him completely from the game.
Here's what I did....
Load a roster file (any one you like) and choose a player to replace A-Roid with (I chose another C-potential 3B). Export that player (hit X, select "Export Player"). You could also go online to the Player Vault and download a player.
Then load the roster file you want to play with, navigate to the Yankees, select A-Rod, and import the previous player in his place. This will replace A-Rod with the player you exported earlier, thus removing him from the game entirely.Comment

Re: manually injure a-rod
I started my franchise using Knight's O.S.F.M roster and once I got out of spring training I removed A-Rod from my 40 man roster of course he had to pass thru waivers but he cleared and I just moved him down to Single A. As long as you replace him on the 40 man roster there won't be a chance that the game will add him back to the MLB roster when it expands in the fall.Comment
