CPU Putting Bench Players In For Starters Constantly (Franchise)

Has anybody had a problem in franchise with the computer constantly putting in bench players for your starters. Every time I sim a game in my franchise, the cpu puts in Chone Figgins for Giancarlo Stanton at CF. I even tested it out and did a sportscast manage of a game, saw Stanton take an at-bat, simulating to the rest of the game and found that the cpu put in Figgins for Stanton after that one at-bat. It is not like Stanton needs rest so they put Figgins in, this happens every single game that I do not play.

Any help would be appreciated!
