    Why would I get benched in RTTS (when I'm not hurt)

    Why would I get benched in RTTS (when I'm not hurt)? I was hitting .390 with 2 HRS and 20 RBI and the guy that took over for me was batting .240 with 6 hrs and 22 RBI (and that was only after I checked when I started to notice I wasn't play long stretches of games. It was 3 or 4 OFF and 1 ON. So at the time that other player probably only had 2 or 3 HRS and something like 11 RBI, and I just came off a 10 game hitting streak when it was snapped.

    Im still batting around .340 with 2 HRS and have about 32 RBI but I am still only playing about 33% of the games and that same player is under .250.

    I have have gone on numerous hitting streaks one 10 and two 5 game hitting streaks, yet I keep getting benched.

    Also I was first in the league at 3B for all star voting at the time I was benched and was leading the AA league in hitting and was 4th in RBI.

    I did check and I wasn't hurt.

      Whats your Durability? It could be because your fatigued.
      Really wish sports games played to ratings!
      Only thing SIM about sports games now, are the team name and players

      MLB 23 FOREVER 20 is better, 23 just for Guardians
      Madden get rid of the extras (SS/XF, HFA, media, scenarios, game plan) or turn them down considerably.

          I doubt this is it but I remember in past games that if you were too aggressive on the bases and were repeatedly getting caught stealing they would bench you.

              I am not sure, but I was getting a day of rest once a week, and I can see that. but I went from playing 5 games out of 6 to only playing in 1 out of 5 or 6 games.

              I am never caught stealing, I don't even try to steal.

                  That was just the only thing I could think of that could possibly get you benched. Have you been able to have interactions with the manager and how does the organization view your player?

                      I just played another game and went I went in to allocate my points, I noticed a lot of down trends were happening. So maybe that is keeping me bench because I am losing all those stats and its tough to get them all in an upward trend when you are only playing one game out of 5 or 6

                          I feel you. It sounds like right now for your player that you have to have a huge game in every start just to keep your stats from degrading. What is your current potential level?
