Quick Question about using the Bullpen?!?

Hey guys, I'm having an issue with the bullpen, when I select a reliever to warm up, some times after that inning the game puts in another reliever that I haven't even selected to warm up? I have looked for an option to turn this off, and thought it might have something to do with the Starter not having a quality Start, but that doesn't seam to be the issue, as I was just playing a game where I gave up only one run in 6 innings, put in my reliever to get the 3rd out of the 7th, planning on using him into the 8th, and when I come back in the 8th, there is a different reliever in? Who BTW I just gave up my lead with
Does anyone know what this is all about?
I mainly play RTTS, but I don't remember having this issue last year.

Are you fast forwarding or something? That's the only thing I can think of were the cpu will sub in a pitcher for you.
