    PCI movement

I'm having a little trouble with moving the PCI reticle over a pitch low in the zone. I can't seem to move the cursor down slightly because I push the left stick all the way down. As a result, the reticle is now half over the strike zone, and half below the zone.

Is there anyway to make it so when I push the left stick down it doesn't go down past the bottom of the zone?

Here's a handy illustration for you.
    -(---)-
That's the PCI and the dashes are the bottom of the zone. This is where the PCI will be if I try to hit a ball low in the zone. I'm incapable of minutely moving the left stick.

^ That is what I'd like to be able to change. I would like the ability to only allow the PCI to go down BUT NOT OUT OF THE STRIKE ZONE. Is this possible?

    Just thought I'd ask

    Re: PCI movement

I'm guessing it's like that by design. I believe center of the PCI is more "effective" then its edges so you want to be able to cover the entire strike zone with the center of the PCI.

Just don't press the analog stick as far down. If you tilt it slightly, it only slightly moves downwards.

Just practice being a little more light handed.

        Re: PCI movement

When are you moving the pci? Before the pitch or are you trying to track the pitch?

Moving before is easier, but it also handicaps you if you guess wrong.

Moving with is much harder, but better to guarantee contact.

But like the balm said, the way it is being moved makes it so that the center of your bat is right on the edge of the zone which is what you want if the pitcher is trying to paint the corners/edges
