HELP with distributing training points on pitcher in RTTS

Just confused about a few things.

So each pitch has VELOCITY, BREAK, and CONTROL. Obviously BREAK is important for a curveball or slider but for pitches like a fastball and changeup should I NOT put points into BREAK?

Also I put points into VELOCITY for changeup so it was at it's slowest speed but there is still room to put more points into it but the speed won't decrease anymore. So would it be meaningless to put any more points into that category?

My control is pretty high for all pitches right now so should I start focusing more on the individual attributes (K/9, H/9, HR/9, BB/9). They are only around 45 right now.

    Thank you

Putting points into the Break helps the pitch avoid contact (i.e., being fouled off). So it still is useful to improve Break of fastball. It not only make the pitch break more but also reduces the size of the PCI of the batter (just like the K/9 does).

When you put points into Speed of changeup, the pitch becomes slower, so that the separation between your fastest pitch (most likely fastball) and changeup becomes greater.
