I personally think it's ridiculous that it hasn't been fixed yet!!!
Imo it's things like this that can pile up n tick ppl off over time.

Hmmmm. It seems like its alot of frustrating issues with this game title. I try to stay positive minded for future releases. The carryover franchise in regards to future scheduling would be problematic.

Yep and it's been a problem for years, seems like such a simple thing to fix. I don't really care that much about games being on the wrong days of the week (I'd like it to be fixed but, it doesn't eat at me), but playing the same exact teams in interleague play every year drives me crazy.

Can you imagine how hard it is to fix this though? Since the leagues rotate divisions while having set match-ups against fixed "local rivalries," it makes it tough to get every team set right. Even the real life schedule makers take a few months to make sure that every team has the right amount of games against the right opponents.

I never really noticed this, because I never get out of the first year in franchise and blindly blow through games in my rtts, but now that I look, my 2017 rtts all-star game is on Saturday.

Also I thought it was funny that I ended up getting an All-Star game in Minnesota again in 2016, there should be some better internal logic than to give it to the same city twice in 3 years lol.


2014: Minnesota
2015: Cincinnati
2016: Minnesota
2017: not quite there yet, but I'm hoping it's not Cincinnati lol

I'm sure it's a LITTLE more involved than that but, it doesn't have to be perfect, I'd just be happy to see different teams in different seasons.

They've been failing at that since 2000.

If it was that easy they would do it. I agree that having Sunday games on Monday needs to be fixed, but having rivalry games along with the rotating divisions would be difficult since some years those rivalries are in the same division as the schedule you are rotating into.

That sounds weird, but trust me it just doesn't work very well.

You can choose the ballpark that you play in. I plan to have the 2016 All-Star Game in Toronto since there are no new American League Ballparks to showcase.

Maybe in franchise, but not in RTTS.

At the very least I'd like interleague games to be customizable with even the ability to completely turn off interleague games to recreate classic season from years ago.

While we're at it, they need to give us tools to customize the divisions, swap teams etc. for classic seasons.

I would love them to add classic teams and then play a franchise off of those.

This. A bit more customization. Would love classic seasons DLC along with the gradual rollout of classic ballparks. You can make the Divisions authentic, determine teams' home field designation, etc.
