DS4 Analog Wearing Down Already (Analog Hitting)

Anyone else seeing this?

Right Analog showing some wear already. Rubber is wearing off especially on the edges, though luckily it's yet to break totally through.

Played for over 2 years hitting Analog exclusively with the DS3 and never had any wear whatsoever.

I was kinda worried with the concave design, and the repetitive movements and looks like I was right to worry.

Not on PS3, but NHL 13 and 14 cost me two controllers on Xbox. The rubber just broke on both.

This is a common problem. Call Sony and let them know and they'll replace your controller for free. Once this is done, order a pair of "GripIt" analog protectors from Amazon and stick em on.

I had this happen to me after playing FIFA 14 endlessly. Sony fixed the issue and I put the grips on it. Haven't had any issues since.

Just grab some Grip-its and your done! I did this when I first got the system and the sticks are pristine.
