Well I am not one who believes it is as simple as some think. It is very complex but that still doesn't mean it should be an automatic pass. It is missing.........it is the only thing missing!

It has been done before and extremely well. I think The Show is up were it needs to be and it is finally time they add the missing link. We have next gen systems now that can handle the coding. Every addition requires debugging so that shouldn't be a concern unless like I said, it would require all new coding from the ground up. The Show was ported over and enhanced on the PS4. I understand why but there comes a time where it seems they are playing it safe instead of pushing the boundaries to take their game to the next level.

I would also be willing to guess that more people have requested working weather that affects the game play than any requests that I have not seen concerning the radio show.

Maybe they could start simple with rainouts, and just start with a little message that comes up when you try to start the game that says the game is called. Then the game could be made up the next time they play as a doubleheader and if they don't play again that season then it is made up the next open day for both teams, or the day after the season ends if need be.

Then later on they could look at making it more in depth with games being called early, or whatever. One step at a time and just getting in rainouts to start so we can have some doubleheaders would be nice. I mean it would just add so much to the game for strategy. Like how you use your bullpen on that day, which position players do double duty that day.

The devs had said that we shouldn't expect to ever seen rainouts. So to continue to debate the implementation of the feature is futile. You have your opinions and I have mine.

So instead of continuing to do this whole song and dance of debating back and forth, I'm just going to bow out now.

Yea I was never intending on getting into any debates. Just hoping to see them change their minds by implementing it somehow where everyone is happy.

If anything, I would at least like them to work in weather effects that adds another variable to each game. Doesn't have to be rainouts or delays but other elements with the ball slowing down or more errors with wet surfaces.

Also wasn't looking to upset you my friend! My apologizes if so!

I would love to see it added as well. I wouldn't definitely like to see weather actually have an impact on the gameplay. As it stands now the weather/rain is purely cosmetic.

            And I wasn't upset...

Quick question, do the flags blowing in game blow the same way as the wind indicator says the wind is blowing? I noticed the clouds seem to only move left to right on the screen, i think they need to add clouds that block out the sun!

The Coors elevation is negligible imo. I wish theyd make the elevation effects a tad more realistic. Its hard to test it but I dont really score that many more runs when I play at Coors. It can almost play like a pitchers park with how big it is.
