like to create another profile in my PS4 and to play MLBTS? will i still get updates/patches/rosters if i do this? sorry...first timer in MLB and ps

No, just in the game. The profile you chose at the start (beginner/experienced, etc). You can create a custom profile and set it up with DD and start over.

Or, as I've recently discovered, you can reset your current profile to the default settings (which also resets DD) by joining one of the demo games.

So if you wait at the main menu of The Show until a demo game starts to play, and press the touchpad to join the game, your settings will reset. You'll have to go and edit your game settings again, as it will reset back to the default options. But once you set your difficulty to DD again, you will start back at Rookie+.

I've had it happen twice accidentally, and once on purpose to confirm.

Yeah, it needs to be reported as bug if it hasn't already. Was really frustrating the first two times it happened. Especially considering I actually meant to hit the Options button to go back to the main menu and hit the touchpad by mistake.
